It is a forward reaching project founded upon the attention to detail and elegance of a former time that also reflects forward through a creative expression of current construction technology and use of titanium metal columns.<\/p>\n<p>The project will boast 24 custom loft units on the upper floors, retail on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking. It\u2019s amazing location \u2013 near dozens of popular downtown restaurants and nightclubs, and within sight of Coors field makes the Titanium Lofts the ultimate living space for Denver\u2019s hip metro dwellers.
